There is absolutely no information whatsoever on the Power On Network aka PON website indicating who owns or runs this company.
However, a Power On Network corporate webinar, within which this review is based, is hosted by Nigel Allan.
Power On Network Review
Nigel Allan asserts that he is “involved” in Power On Network and refers to the company in the possessive.
Allan does not reveal his exact role in Power On Network. Hence, if he is not running Power On Network himself, he does not reveal who is.
What he does reveal is that Power On Network is supposedly centered in Singapore and owned by a “Global Power Pte”.
Registered on August 29, 2016, the Power On Network website, poweronnetwork.com. domain registration is set to private.
Nigel Allan initially appeared in 2013 as the co-founder of Brilliant Carbon, a collapsed pyramid scheme.
He then reappeared in 2014 as co-founder and President of OneCoin, a Ponzi points scheme.
Allan left or was fired from OneCoin, depending on who you ask, shortly after its launch. He quickly situated himself as Master Distributor of Crypto888 Club, a comparable Ponzi points scam.
Nigel Allan is suspected of running Crypto888 Club either directly or via proxy.
Crypto888 Club collapsed in early 2016, provoking a reboot as “Octa Partners”.
And, not surprisingly, Octa Partners also collapsed a few months after launch, provoking a third reboot as Nano Club.
Allan’s participation in Power On Network proposes that he has either sold his share in Crypto888 Club or merely abandoned said company. It is unclear specifically when Allan stopped promoting and/or left Crypto888 Club.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.
Power On Network Product Line
Power On Network has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market Power On Network.
When you are signed up, Power On Network affiliates can invest in XeCoins.
Beware: XeCoins are not publicly tradeable and have an internal value assigned to them by Power On Network.
Why does this matter? Outside of the Power On Network MLM opportunity XeCoins are worthless.
Power On Network Compensation Plan
The Power On Network compensation plan has affiliates invest in XeCoins.
In addition, Power On Network affiliates are paid directly & residually for recruiting new Power On Network affiliates.
XE Coin Investment
- PowerPlan 1 (€199 EUR) – 1000 XeCoins
- PowerPlan 2 (€599 EUR) – 3500 XeCoins
- PowerPlan 3 (€1099 EUR) – 8000 XeCoins
- PowerPlan 4 (€3099 EUR) – 26,000 XeCoins
- PowerPlan 5 (€5099 EUR) – 50,000 XeCoins
- PowerPlan 6 (€20,099 EUR) – 220,000 XeCoins
- PowerPlan 7 (€100,099 EUR) – not disclosed
The value of XeCoins is set by Power On Network and can only be traded after thirty (30) days.
If an affiliate does not sell XeCoins, they will allegedly receive a 5% to 12% bonus on their XeCoin balance.
XeCoins are not publicly tradeable and must be exchanged for cash via Power On Network’s internal exchange.
Take Note: 40% of all Power On Network commission payouts must be reinvested back into new XeCoin packages.
Power On Network affiliates are paid to recruit new affiliates.
Recruitment commissions are paid out as a % of funds which are invested through 3 levels of recruitment (uni-level):
- level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) – 5%
- level 2 (must have generated 6000 PV) – 3%
- level 3 (must have generated 10,000 PV) – 2%
PV means “Personal Volume” and is sales volume as produced by an affiliate’s own investment and that of their personally recruited affiliates.
Corresponding PV values for each of Power On Network’s affiliate packages are as follows:
- PowerPlan 1 – 100 PV
- PowerPlan 2 – 350 PV
- PowerPlan 3 – 800 PV
- PowerPlan 4 – 2600 PV
- PowerPlan 5 – 5000 PV
- PowerPlan 6 – 40,000 PV
- PowerPlan 7 – not disclosed
Power On Network’s Infinity Bonus permits an affiliate to earn a 1% override commission on monies invested by their downline, from the 4th level down an endless number of levels.
In order to qualify for the Infinity Bonus, a Power On Network affiliate must have produced 50,000 PV.
Residual Commissions in Power On Network are funded out through a binary compensation construction.
A binary compensation construction puts an affiliate at the top of a binary team, divided into 2 sides: left and right.
These first 2 positions form the first level of the binary team. The second level of the binary team is produced as required, by dividing each of the two positions into another two positions.
In this manner, a binary team can lengthen down a hypothetical endless depth, with levels produced as required.
Positions in the binary team are filled through direct & indirect recruitment of new Power On Network affiliates.
Investment volume (PV) is tracked on both sides of the binary daily.
Power On Bonus affiliates are paid a % of sales volume produced on the weaker binary side daily.
How much of a % a Power On Network affiliate is funded is determined by how much they have persuaded personally recruited affiliates to invest.
PON Commission Rate
- generate 0 to 2000 PV = 6% binary commission rate
- generate 2001 to 4999 PV = 8% binary commission rate
- generate 5001 to 24,999 PV = 10% binary commission rate
- generate 25,000 PV or more = 12% binary commission rate
In addition to the above % payouts, the following daily commission caps also apply.
PON Commission Per Day
- invest in PowerPlan 1 (€199 EUR) and earn a maximum of €1000 EUR in binary commissions a day
- invest in PowerPlan 2 (€599 EUR) and earn a maximum of €3000 EUR in binary commissions a day
- invest in PowerPlan 3 (€1099 EUR) and earn a maximum of €5000 EUR in binary commissions a day
- invest in PowerPlan 4 (€3099 EUR) and earn a maximum of €20,000 EUR in binary commissions a day
- invest in PowerPlan 5 (€5099 EUR) and earn a maximum of €30,000 EUR in binary commissions a day
- invest in PowerPlan 6 (€20,099 EUR) and earn a maximum of €40,000 EUR in binary commissions a day
- daily binary cap for PowerPlan 7 (€100,099 EUR) is not disclosed
After investment volume has been funded it is flushed from both sides of the binary.
Leftover volume on the stronger binary side is carried over & the process will then repeat itself at the end of the following day.
Infinity Matching Bonus
The Infinity Matching Bonus pays Power On Network affiliates a matching percentage of binary commissions which are earned by their downline.
The Infinity Matching Bonus is paid out through generations using a uni-level compensation construction.
A uni-level compensation construction puts an affiliate at the top of a uni-level team, with each personally recruited affiliate put directly underneath them at level 1.
If a level 1 affiliate recruits new affiliates, they are then put onto level 2 of the original affiliate’s uni-level team.
If a level 2 affiliate recruits new affiliates, they are then put onto level 3 and so on and so forth down a hypothetical endless number of levels.
A generation in Power On Network is defined as an affiliate found in a uni-level leg who has invested at the same level or a higher level.
This caps off the 1st generation, with the 2nd generation lengthening until a 2nd affiliate is found who has invested at the same level or a higher level.
Note: If no such affiliate exists, the generation extends down the full length of the uni-level leg.
In order to qualify for the Infinity Matching Bonus, a Power On Network affiliate must have produced at least 2000 PV.
The Infinity Matching Bonus is funded out as a % of binary commissions which are earned by uni-level team affiliates as follows:
- generations 1 to 4 – 5% matching bonus
- generation 5 to infinity (must generate at least 100,000 PV) – 5%
Joining Power On Network
Power On Network affiliate membership is completed by an investment of €199 to €1099 EUR:
- PowerPlan 1 – €199 EUR
- PowerPlan 2 – €599 EUR
- PowerPlan 3 – €1099 EUR
- PowerPlan 4 – €3099 EUR
- PowerPlan 5 – €5099 EUR
- PowerPlan 6 – €20,099 EUR
- PowerPlan 7 – €100,099 EUR
The main difference between the above affiliate packages is the income potential via the Power On Network compensation plan.
Power On Network – Bottom Line?
Power On Network is cloaked in heaps of techno-babble about being your own power grid and the future of power distribution.
This is generally due to a supposed agreement between Power On Network and Exergonix.
In the Power On Network Nigel Allan’s hosted, he mentions that Exergonix is a “technology partner”.
On their website, Exergonix claims that they are:
“set to be an unparalleled enterprise in the development of renewable energy projects around the world, strategically expanding its business with a diversified portfolio of technologies and business accruements in the “Green” market.
To what extent that is true or untrue is in the end immaterial.
Exergonix has absolutely nothing to do with Power On Network or the value of XeCoin.
XeCoin is Nigel Allan’s reboot of Crypto888. Like so many times before, we have here entirely worthless Ponzi points being divested to innocent victims, on the guarantee of impending riches.
Power On Network – More
Basically, the reality her is that XeCoin’s value is determined by Power On Network, who has ultimately pre-mined 95% of the accessible coins.
Bottom Line – Power On Network dumps XeCoins onto affiliates at a top price and makes their money that way.
You as a Power On Network affiliate are left with totally valueless Ponzi points that you can do absolutely nothing with.
This is precisely what happened with Crypto888 and its predecessors.
At a minimum, and I say that lightly, Power On Network is engaging in financial fraud through the operation of a Ponzi scheme.
Basically, you sign up, invest money & if you manage to put in a withdrawal request via Power On Network’s internal XeCoins exchange, you are paid with subsequently invested funds.
PON – Conclusion
The remainder of the Power On Network compensation plan is centered around recruitment of new Power On Network affiliates, which adds a pyramid to the scheme.
As mentioned in the past, and as with all Ponzi schemes, once recruitment of new affiliates dies down, Power On Network collapses and the investors lose the money they have tied up in XeCoins.
Again, this is precisely what happened to Crypto888 and its predecessors.
This is simply just Nigel Allan’s latest scam, and probably won’t be his last.
