Welcome to my Online Money University Review and home of Recruitment & a PLR Library.
Online Money University aka OMU owner Lalit Bajpai describes Online Money University as “the greatest online business opportunity of 2016”.
Find out where this company is based out of and their intention.
Online Money University Review
Bajpai, who is based out of Nasik in India, also claims to have worked ‘in network marketing, online business and share trading from last 11 years‘.
In February of this year, Bajpai was endorsing a 225% ROI Ponzi scheme named Revshare4DreamCar.
Other Ponzi schemes promoted by Bajpai include Triple Threat, MyZoomAds, My Paying Ads and MMM Global (not surprisingly, a collapsed Ponzi scheme).

Online Money University Product
OMU has absolutely no retailable products or services and affiliates are only able to market OMU affiliate membership itself.
Together with Online Money University membership is access to web hosting and a PLR library of ebooks, software and videos.
Online Money University Compensation Plan
OMU affiliate membership is attached to a matrix position in a 5×5 matrix.
This 5×5 matrix puts an affiliate at the top of the matrix, with 5 positions directly underneath them:
These 5 positions form the 1st level of the matrix. The 2nd level is produced by dividing each of the 5 positions into another 5 positions each for a total of 25 positions.
Successive levels of the matrix are produced in the same manner (up to 5), with a whole 5×5 matrix holding 3905 positions.
Positions in the matrix are filled through direct & indirect recruitment of new OMU affiliates.
For each position filled in their 5×5 matrix, an OMU affiliate receives $2.
Recruitment Commissions
Recruitment commissions in OMU are paid out through a uni-level compensation assembly.
A uni-level compensation assembly places an affiliate at the top of a uni-level team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly underneath them at Level 1.
If any Level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are then put onto Level 2 of the original affiliate’s uni-level team.
If any Level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are then put onto Level 3 and so on and so forth down a hypothetical endless number of levels.
Online Money University caps payable uni-level levels at 5.
Commissions are paid out contingent upon what level of the uni-level team a newly recruited affiliate is added:
- Level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) – $6 per affiliate recruited
- Levels 2 to 5 – $2 per affiliate recruited
Cost to join Online Money University?
Online Money University affiliate membership is set at $20.00.
Online Money University – Bottom Line?
Look…with nothing marketed to or sold to retail customers within the MLM opportunity itself, Online Money University is only offering pyramid style chain-recruitment.
Affiliates are the chief source of revenue entering the company, with commissions paid on recruitment of new OMU affiliates.
There is no doubt in my mind that Lalit Bajpai’s launch of OMU is coming from likely losses in the Ponzi schemes he’s signed up for this year.
He will, without a doubt, be placed at the top of the company-wide matrix with tons of preloaded positions, guaranteeing he receives the most commissions company-wide.
And once again, when the recruitment of new Online Money University affiliates slows down, the rest of the affiliate-base realizes that they’ve lost their money and cannot recover.
