Moonberg Review – Legit Crypto MLM or Ponzi Scam?

July 29, 2019 By Josh Paiva Leave a Comment

Spread the love

Thanks for stopping by to read my Moonberg Review!

I follow the crypto currency space very closely.

This company has had some buzz among the work from home biz opp people.

Either you heard about it yourself and did a Google search for Moonberg or you clicked a link and landed on my post.

In any case you probably want to know more about this fairly new MLM company and I’m going to give you the goods.

So lets take a closer look and make sure you read right to the end.

Moonberg Review

Today we are going to look at three things.

I’m going to walk you through the company, products and the compensation plan.

After you read through everything you should have a fairly good idea what this company is all about.

Moonberg – The Company

Lets start with the Moonberg website.

There is no information of who owns or operates the company which is very typical in the crypto mlm space.

Moonberg’s domain “moonberg.io” was privately registered back in January of 2019.

From what I can gather a Bitdepositary Ltd. is listed as the owner with an address in Malta.

Bitdepositary references themselves as a “decentralized crypto finance marketplace”.

Moonberg is basically just a spinoff of Bitdepositary using their BDT and BDT20 tokens through their services.

That’s really all I have on the company (which isn’t much).

Moonberg – The Products

After looking through the website and contacting some of the people promoting Moonberg I can’t seem to find a product.

You can promote the affiliate membership and that’s about it.

Moonberg – Compensation Plan

Members invest a minimum of $25 or more into their MoonCoins altcoin.

Once purchased Moonberg promises you a ROI dependent on how long you hold your Mooncoins in the company.

moonberg returns

From what I’ve been told all returns are paid in Mooncoin and there is an internal exchange when you want to cash out.

I’ve seen this before in other similar companies.

People get paid when the hype is there but it never lasts.

Referral Commissions

When you ‘park’ your Mooncoins you will be charged a 5% fee.

This is how the company funds the referral commissions through a unilevel compensation plan.

If you haven’t seen the compensation plan it’s a basic 8 level unilevel.

Here is a breakdown on referral commissions by level:

Cost to Join Moonberg

You have to purchase at least $25 in Mooncoins to be part of the Moonberg investment opportunity.

Just make a note of the 5% fee.

My Moonberg Conclusion – Scam or Legit?

Ok so the question most people want to know is this a scam?

Before going there lets look at a couple things.

You have no idea who owns or operates this company which can be a red flag.

As stated in other blog posts there are also very transparent companies that you know exactly who owns the company and it still doesn’t work out.

So that is personal preference some people just don’t care who owns a company.

Thing I don’t like there is no proof of how Moonberg is generating revenue.

I’ve seen MANY crypto MLM companies make all sort of claims and 99% of the time it’s all hype and BS.

Until you see actual proof it’s like flipping a coin.

Think about it this way if Moonberg could get great ROI they would not need affiliates to join.

A small bank loan could make the company millions over time without having the MLM headache.

Remember BitConnect?

Some people are making comparisons and look where that went.

Company got shut down, FBI investigations, people in jail or on the run and so on.

So I’m not going to call out Ponzi or Scam I will leave it up to you to decide.

Personally I don’t want to be involved with an illegal ponzi scheme and it’s not worth the risk.

Hope you enjoyed my MoonBerg Review feel free to leave any comments, questions or concerns below.
