How To Recruit: It’s About Leverage
There are lots of reason why most people don’t really understand how to recruit more importantly when to actually start!
Today I want to talk to you about how network marketing recruiting isn’t all about you. Your probably asking yourself what do I mean by that. Here’s what I realized from coaching people over the years.
There are a lot of people that are in network marketing but they won’t actually recruit people because there not confident in themselves. Creating success is about believing in yourself and getting to work before the money starts rolling in.
That’s a big problem. They think things like “I have to hit a certain rank” or “I need to create a certain level of success” before they ever try to recruit people into their business.
If you are in network marketing the problem is you can never create success until you start recruiting. So I want to help you out with that because there is a little mindset your going to need.
It’s all about using leverage! Let me reiterate… It’s all about using leverage! Wherever you are in your organization. Whatever rank you are. Do you have people making money in your company? Are there people in your upline or your crossline or whatever making money? If the answer is yes then you have the ability to snap people into the same that there using to create success.
You do not need to wait until you reach a certain level of success to recruit people. You need to introduce people into the system as quickly as possible.
Think about this. You are an entrepreneur. You are a business owner. Your NOT a sole proprietor. Your not the only cog in the wheel. You get to introduce people to a system that has products, shipping, training, events and a compensation plan. You get to leverage all of that stuff. All you have to do is introduce them.
How To Recruit: Attraction Marketing
If your already having success recruiting people make sure you teach your people these core quality to achieve success => Network Marketing Success
If your not having success recruiting people then you need to realize you don’t have to wait for success. Believe in your ability to introduce people to your system. That way they can leverage the tools that they have access to. I would highly suggest getting familiar with attraction marketing and building your brand.
Don’t think you have to be successful to recruit somebody. Start introducing people to your company, system, products right away. Don’t wait!
