Foxx Legacy Review – Legit Supplements Or Snake Oil Scam?

September 28, 2016 By Josh Paiva Leave a Comment

Spread the love

foxx legacy reviewI think you’ll agree when I say Foxx Legacy is being a bit secretive about who owns or runs the business.

Chances are someone approached you about the business or product and you’re looking for some answers.

Am I right?

Well, you’ve come to the right place.  Today we are going to give you a complete business and product review.

Make sure you read till the end and we’ll let you know if this company is legit or just another scam!

Foxx Legacy

Visiting their website Foxx Legacy is using an LLC and their contact information is out of Wisconsin.

Whomever designed their website “www.foxxlegacy.com” seems to have forgotten the most important piece of information.

Who owns or runs the business!

People in general like to connect with other people whether they are buying product or signing up for the business.

The website itself is nicely designed. However it would be nice to read more on the owners/owners and be a bit more user friendly toward affiliates.

More on this a bit later…

foxx legacy owners

Unfortunately this is all the information Foxx Legacy is willing to give us at their corporate website.

The Foxx Legacy website claims they are an American Legacy dating back to 1901.

Four brothers with a burning desire to “positively impact the lives of pets and people through science, entrepreneurship & building stronger communities”.

Website goes on to say how they started a ginseng farm in Wisconsin in the early 1900’s.

Foxx Legacy – Fromm Laboratories

Fromm Laboratories was opened soon after by the four brothers. Keeping their company in the forefront of the industry was their goal.

Supposedly Fromm invested millions to develop and refine their product. After going over to their website I realized something.

I actually feed my dog the Fromm pet food.  It’s a high end dog food and you can only buy it in a pet store. You wouldn’t find it in say a Walmart.

After coming to this realization I became a bit intrigued.

Other Fromm breakthroughs are Distemper and the Encephalitis vaccine. Also a solution for Heartworms which we all give to our dogs and cats to save their lives.

Fromm Family Website go here:

Fromm Family Pet Food

Before going any further I will say this.  Fromm pet food is high end quality.  My parents Olde English Bulldog has skin allergies.

Fromm is the only pet food that agrees with him. What’s most important I can’t see Fromm becoming involved with some fly by night company which is a good thing!

Going forward lets dig a bit deeper and see their exact affiliation with Fromm which is most definitely legit and has GREAT products.

Foxx Legacy’s business presentation

After searching a bit were able to dig up some information on the Foxx Legacy’s partners and co-founders.

foxx legacy co owners

Foxx Legacy’s Co-Founders are NOT part of the Fromm family. The explicit nature of the relationship between Blaine Williams, Michael Burnett, Rodger Hill, Jon King and the Fromm family is not disclosed.

Interestingly enough Stan Pophal seems to be the CEO of Fromm Brothers Incorporated. Also looks like Stan is the owner of Foxx Legacy or at least partners with someone.

Here is a screen shot of his Linkedin profile:

stan pophal

After reaching out to some friends and leaders in the MLM industry nobody seems to have heard of Pophal. Looks like it could be his first MLM venture with Foxx Legacy.

Blain Williams (co-founder) on the other hand stood out from the crowd. He was the CEO of the World Consumer Alliance Ponzi scheme back in 2012. WCA was a reboot of Wealth Creation Alliance also a Ponzi.

I was hoping not to report any bad news but in these circles it’s close to impossible. However it’s still possible that Williams has not done any wrong here with Foxx Legacy.

Ready to move on to the product line?

Cool… Lets do it!

Foxx Legacy – Products

Before moving any further I wanted to share a video with you. Over at TotalLivingNetwork1’s channel they just posted a new Foxx Legacy video on September 19, 2016. Here you go:

I don’t endorse this video in any way. It’s just to help you gather more information on your search.

Interestingly enough Foxx Legacy markets products for both pets and people.

Foxx Legacy – Compensation Plan

Combination of retail purchases and also recruitment of affiliates.

The Foxx compensation plan pays out commissions directly on retail sales and also residuals on a unilevel compensation plan.

Here are the 11 respective ranks in order:

  • Ambassador
  • Senior Ambassador
  • Silver Manager
  • Silver Manager 2 Star
  • Silver Manager 3 Star
  • Gold Manager
  • Gold Manager 2 Star
  • Gold Manager 3 Star
  • Platinum Manager
  • Platinum Manager 2 Star
  • Platinum Manager 3 Star

Retail Commissions

Fairly simple and straightforward.  Earn $5 commission for any bottle sold.

Residual Commissions

Residuals are paid out via unilevel compensation pay plan structure.

foxx legacy unilevel

Affiliates are capped at level 5. The Foxx Legacy comp plan does not disclose the exact percentage payouts of each level inside their unilevel.

A Foxx Youtube video suggested that affiliates are paid $1 per bottle ordered on first two levels and $2 per bottle ordered levels three through five.

Generation Bonus

Motivated affiliates climbing ranks can earn commissions past level five in the unilevel.

First Purchase Bonus

Foxx Legacy understands the importance of a new customer.  They pay out $5 or $10 on all NEW first time product orders whether it’s a customer or affiliate!

Note: In order to qualify for these first time bonus payouts you must be a Silver Manager or higher with minimum ten recruited affiliates or retail customers.

Bonus Pool

No specific details were provided other than giving away prizes and cash bonuses.

Joining with Foxx Legacy

Only signup options presented on the Foxx Legacy website are referring customer and also friend of foxx.  They do not provide any details on affiliate cost.

Foxx Legacy – Legit or Scam?

First things first I can say 100% Foxx Legacy is NOT a scam of any kind. There is a product and as we can see they have some kind of ties to the Fromm Brother’s business.

Fromm Brother’s has been in business for a very long time. They make high quality pet foods. Murph and Bonzeye (family pets) eat the Fromm food every day and there healthy happy pets!

Unfortunately Foxx Legacy has done a pretty poor job on the marketing side of things. As an MLM it sure needs a lot of work with no place for an affiliate to sign up and the compensation plan poorly explained.

Built this way by design?

Looking through through PDF for more answers I felt as if I needed a degree in statistics to figure it all out and still had some questions.

Foxx Legacy – Bottom Line?

Once you get through the terrible explanation of their comp plan and fumbling around their website the products look pretty good. I personally haven’t tried any and neither have any of my pets but I’d certainly be open to trying.

I do like how Foxx Legacy leans more toward the customer side of things. A compensation plan DOES NOT define a good customer.

The best part?

After reading the history of Foxx Legacy and their ties to Fromm it seems their primary focus is on the pet side of things. Not really sure where the “human products” tie into things. That’s not to say there people products aren’t good.

If you’re into product based MLM companies I’d say give this a check.  Reach out to some of the affiliates and ask some question!  Good luck.
