Questra World Review – Legit Business Or Big Scam?

Welcome to my Questra World Review!

Russian Scammers, IPOs & African Banking

I watched a video on the Questra World website which identifies Jose Manuel Gilabert as CEO of the company. No other information whatsoever about Questra World’s management is provided, other than a corporate address in Madrid, Spain.

The same address appears on AirBnB as a one bedroom apartment for $45.00 per night.

Questra World Review

questra world review

Registered on June 30, 2016, the Questra World website domain is   Questra Holdings is listed as the domain owner.

Questra World appears to have first launched as Questra Holdings in mid-2015. Questra Holdings used the domain “”, which currently is non-responsive.

In September 2016 Belgium’s Financial Services and Markets Authority issued a regulatory warning against Questra Holdings.

Questra Holdings is not an official legal investment firm or credit institution in Belgium. It is thus not permitted to offer banking and/or investment services in or from Belgium.

Furthermore, the system which is proposed by Questra Holdings has the succinct appearance of being of a pyramidal type or at least of a Ponzi fraud.

Whether this consequently lead to the Questra World name change is uncertain.

I was unable to find any additional information on Jose Manuel Gilabert.

Please remember:  If an MLM company is not willingly truthful about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

Questra World Product Line

Questra World has absolutely no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market Questra World affiliate membership itself. Lets go through their compensation plan and dig a bit more to see if we can unveil a bit more substance. Unfortunately it’s not looking good up to this point in our Questra World review.

Together with their respective qualification criteria, they are as follows:

Referral Commissions

Referral commissions in Questra World are paid through a uni-level compensation assembly.

A uni-level compensation assembly puts an affiliate at the top of a uni-level team, with each personally recruited affiliate put directly underneath them (level 1).

If a level 1 affiliate recruits new affiliates, they are then placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s uni-level team.

If a level 2 affiliate recruits new affiliates, they are then put on level 3 and so on and so forth down a hypothetical countless number of levels.

Commissions are paid as a percentage of funds invested by affiliates in a uni-level team.

How much of a percentage a Questra World affiliate earns is determined by their rank:

  • Newcomer – 5%
  • Bronze Agent – 7%
  • Silver Agent – 9%
  • Gold Agent – 10.5%
  • Platinum Agent – 12%
  • Bronze Director – 13%
  • Silver Director – 14%
  • Gold Director – 14.5%
  • Platinum, Managing and Super Directors – 15%

Questra World – Continued

Take note that the above percentages are a coded bonus, with 15% paid out on every Questra World investment.

If an affiliate is not at the Platinum Director or higher rank, they are paid their relevant percentage. The system will then search further up the upline to pay what remains of the total 15% payout.

For example:  You are a Bronze Agent and you recruit a new VIP affiliate (€100,000 EUR).  Your referral commission rate is 7%, therefore you are paid €7000 EUR.  This leaves 8% of the total 15% created, which has to then be paid to a Silver Agent and higher ranked affiliates.

The Questra World system starts searching the upline for a Silver Agent or higher-ranked affiliate.  The first one it finds is a Bronze Director. The Bronze Director’s referral rate is 13%. 7% has already been paid out to you, therefore they receive the difference of 6%.  Of the total 15%, 2% remains to be paid out.

The Questra World system continues to search the upline for a Silver, Gold, Platinum, Managing or Super Director to pay the remaining 2% out to.  If a Silver Director (14%) is found, the system pays out 1% and searches for higher ranked affiliates to pay the remaining 1% out to.  If a Gold Director (14.5%) is found, the system pays out 1.5% and searches for a higher ranked affiliate to pay the remaining 0.5% out to.

If a Platinum, Managing or Super Director is found, the system pays out the remaining 2% and stops the search.

Take note:  The Platinum, Managing and Super Directors receive the full 15% referral commission rate on all deposits made by personally recruited affiliates.

As the full amount is paid out to these affiliates, no coded bonus is paid upline.

Questra Interest Free Loan

Questra World affiliates at the Gold Director and higher ranks are able to apply for an interest- free loan.

The Questra World website says that the loan must be put towards either real estate or a vehicle.

25% of the price of the real estate or the vehicle must be paid by the affiliate. Questra World offers to pay the outstanding 75% over a period of 5 years for a vehicle or 10 years for real estate.

Repayments on the loan are taken out of a Questra World affiliate’s commissions.

  • Blue – €2430 EUR
  • Red – €7290 EUR
  • Black – €21,870 EUR

Questra World Weekly ROIs

The main difference among the above plans is income potential via the Questra World compensation plan.

Bottom Line?

While presented in somewhat of a confusing manner, Questra World’s compensation plan is really pretty simple.

Questra World affiliates invest up to €999,999 EUR on the guarantee of weekly ROIs.

The only supportable source of revenue entering Questra World is affiliate revenue. The use of new affiliate revenue to pay off existing affiliates makes Questra World a Ponzi scheme.

One thing I can tell you is that virtually every video on the official Questra World YouTube channel is in Russian. This is rather odd for a supposedly Spanish company.

Questra World – Bit More

Upon a bit more research, I discovered a marketing presentation on the Questra World website.

Oddly, the presentation started off by marketing Atlantic Global Asset Management.

Questra World alleges to be an “advertising broker” with “exclusive rights” to promote Atlantic Global Asset Management.

Atlantic Global Asset Management has investment plans of their own, offering weekly ROIs of up to 6.47% on deposits of up to €500,000 EUR.

The company maintains a website at “”.

Atlantic Global Asset Management alleges to produce ROI revenue via the arranging and conducting of IPOs, but nothing exactly links ROI payouts to IPOs.

Forget the fact that if Atlantic Global Asset Management was capable of consistently generating 300% to 500% ROIs in 7 to 8 months, they would have no need to solicit investment from affiliates.

The CEO of Atlantic Global Asset Management is named as Andrey Andreevich Abakumov.

This seems to be Questra World’s link to Russia.

Questra World – Bottom Line?

No other information, apart from Abakumov’s involvement with Questra World and Atlantic Global Asset Management exists.

Antonino Vieira Robalo is named as President of Atlantic Global Asset Management’s “President of the Fund”.

Documents in the presentation suggest that Atlantic Global Asset Management has incorporated themselves in Cabo Verde.

Cabo Verde, aka Cape Verde, is a remote island nation on the west coast of Africa. It has a population of around 500,000 people.

Antonino Robalo is Questra World’s link to Cabo Verde. Other than that, the company does not appear to have any physical presence there.

Questra World – My Conclusion

EcoBank, who Atlantic Global Asset Management asserts is “the largest bank in Cabo Verde”, is allegedly who they filter invested affiliate funds through.

The bottom line is this – We have here Russian scammers using Spanish puppets to front their Ponzi scheme. Funds are filtered via an isolated African island bank, which is improbable to trip money laundering filters.

None of this can even remotely suggest that any valid business activity is taking place across either Russia, Spain or Cabo Verde.

As with all Ponzi schemes, Questra World will ultimately collapse once recruitment of new affiliates slows down and dies out.

The enormously long maturity period of investments (365 days) means Questra World, Atlantic Global Asset Management and any other names they go by, will collapse long before affiliates comprehend that their money is long gone.
